If your trip is delayed by 12+ hours, you're covered for up to $500/person in expenses.
Covers: meals, lodging, essential items
Triggers at 12 hours (vs 6 hours for Sapphire Reserve). Covers cardholder and family.
Must book travel with this card. Keep all receipts for reimbursement.
Reimburses up to $10,000/person (max $20,000/trip) if you must cancel or cut short your trip.
Covered reasons: sickness, severe weather, jury duty, change in military orders
Lost/stolen/damaged baggage: Up to $3,000/person
Delayed baggage: Up to $500/person after 6+ hours. Covers essential items, toiletries, clothing.
Travel and Emergency Assistance Services provides referrals for medical/legal services. Does NOT cover evacuation costs or medical treatment โ cardholder is responsible for costs of services obtained.
Secondary coverage โ you must file with your personal auto insurance first, then this card covers the remainder.
