1. What tabiji.ai Is

tabiji.ai ("tabiji," "we," "us") is a free AI-powered travel planning service. We generate a personalized, day-by-day travel itinerary based on the destination and preferences you provide.

Itineraries are delivered digitally to the email address you provide, typically within 24 hours of payment. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. No Refund Policy

            All sales are final. tabiji.ai sells a digital product — once your itinerary has been generated and delivered, we do not offer refunds.
        

If your itinerary is not delivered within 48 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

We offer up to 2 free revisions within 7 days of delivery. Just email us with what you'd like changed.

3. Intellectual Property

Itineraries generated by tabiji.ai are licensed to you for personal use only. You may share them with travel companions, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute them commercially without our written permission.

tabiji.ai retains ownership of all generated content. The tabiji name, logo, and brand assets are our intellectual property.

4. Limitation of Liability

            Travel recommendations in tabiji itineraries are suggestions, not guarantees. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any third-party business, attraction, or service listed.
        

Always verify hours, prices, and bookings directly with venues before your trip. Conditions change — a restaurant may close, a trail may be restricted, a festival may be cancelled.

tabiji.ai is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of an itinerary. Travel inherently involves risk; we are a planning tool, not a travel agent or insurer.

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the itinerary (maximum $1).

5. Privacy & Data

When you place an order, we collect:

Your email address — used to deliver your itinerary and follow-up communications related to your order.

Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs their data handling.

Trip details — destination, travel dates, and preferences you provide. Used solely to generate your itinerary.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails unless you've opted in. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse tabiji.ai — including attempting to circumvent payment, submitting false information, or using the service in any way that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of tabiji.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
